Terms of Service — Professional API Solutions

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service provided by APIAppServices (a unit of Tetri Devi Foundation), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2Services

APIAppServices provides managed services including, but not limited to: Google API access (Maps, Geocoding, Places, Translation), Email APIs, SMS APIs, WhatsApp Business APIs, managed web hosting (AWS, Hostinger, BigRock, Cantech), and custom services. All services are provided on a custom-quote basis after discussion with our team — there are no fixed public price plans.

3Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys.
Accounts are for a single business entity; sharing API keys with third parties is not permitted.

4Billing & Payments

Invoices are raised monthly based on the rate agreed with our team.
Invoice amounts include the agreed base amount plus 18% GST and any applicable platform fee, shown separately on each invoice.
Each invoice has a 7-day due period from the date of issue.
Payments can be made online via Razorpay or via the payment link provided on the invoice.

                        
                        Late payment: if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, the related service may be suspended until payment is received. Service is restored after the outstanding amount is cleared.
                    

5Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend a service for non-payment, violation of these terms, or abuse.
For hosting services, suspension may include stopping the server or suspending the hosting account at the provider.
You may cancel a service at any time by contacting our team; amounts already invoiced remain payable.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to:

Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages (email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
Host or transmit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
Attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems or upstream providers.
Resell API access without written permission.

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

7Third-Party Providers

Our services rely on upstream providers (Google, Twilio, SendGrid, AWS, Hostinger, BigRock, Cantech, Razorpay, and others). Their availability and terms apply to the relevant features. We are not liable for outages or changes caused by these providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

8Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIAppServices shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service in the preceding one (1) month.

10Refunds

Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. If a service was billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the invoice date and we will review and adjust where appropriate.

11Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
