APIAppServices is a managed API solutions platform that provides businesses with ready-to-use integrations for Google APIs, Email delivery, SMS messaging, and WhatsApp Business messaging. Instead of managing multiple API vendors, billing accounts, and technical configurations yourself, we handle everything — you simply request access, receive your credentials and code snippets, and start building immediately.

Getting started is simple: (1) Register a free account on our platform, (2) Submit an API access request specifying which service you need and your intended use case, (3) Our admin reviews and approves your request, typically within 24–48 hours, (4) You receive your API key, code snippets, and integration documentation via your client dashboard.

Most API requests are reviewed and approved within 24–48 business hours. WhatsApp Business API may take slightly longer (48–72 hours) due to Meta's additional verification requirements. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your request is approved or if we need additional information from you.

Absolutely! You can submit separate requests for each API you need. Our admin will review each request individually and set appropriate pricing. If you need multiple APIs, consider mentioning this in your request so we can explore bundle pricing options tailored to your usage requirements.

If your request is not approved, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete information, use cases that violate terms of service, or geographic restrictions. You're welcome to resubmit with updated information or contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

We don't offer a self-service free trial, but we do offer a free initial consultation where our team will discuss your requirements and may provide limited test credentials for evaluation purposes. Contact us to discuss your specific needs — we're committed to ensuring the APIs work perfectly for your use case before you commit.

Our billing is admin-managed. After your API is active, the admin monitors your usage and creates a custom invoice at the end of each billing period. You receive the invoice via email and through your dashboard notification. You then have 7 days to pay through the secure Razorpay payment link attached to the invoice.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our Razorpay payment gateway. Razorpay also supports UPI, net banking, and wallet payments in supported regions. All transactions are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

You'll receive reminder emails on Day 1, Day 5, and Day 7 of the invoice. If payment is not received by Day 7, your API access is temporarily suspended. Your data and account remain intact. Once payment is completed via Razorpay, access is automatically restored within minutes — no manual intervention needed.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Simply contact our support team to cancel. Any outstanding invoices must be settled before cancellation is processed. After cancellation, your API access ends at the close of the current billing period, and your account data is retained for 30 days.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If there was a billing error on our end or significant service downtime, we will issue a credit or partial refund. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle after API keys have been issued. Please contact our support team if you believe a refund is warranted.

Since each payment is processed as a one-time transaction through Razorpay, you simply enter your updated card details when paying the next invoice. We do not store card information — Razorpay's secure vault handles all card data. If you need assistance, contact our support team.

Yes! Every approved API request comes with ready-to-use code snippets tailored to your specific integration. These are available directly in your client dashboard under the API key details section. Snippets cover the most common use cases and are regularly updated by our technical team.

Our code snippets are provided for PHP, JavaScript (Node.js & browser), Python, and cURL. Since our APIs use standard RESTful HTTP interfaces, they are compatible with virtually any language or framework — Java, Ruby, Go, C#, and others. The snippets serve as a starting point for any language.

API keys are generated using cryptographically secure random functions and stored as hashed values in our database — we never store plain-text keys after initial generation. Keys are transmitted only over HTTPS. You can view your key once in the dashboard and should store it securely. If you suspect a key has been compromised, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Yes. Our APIs are framework-agnostic REST APIs. Whether you're using Laravel, Django, Express.js, Spring Boot, Rails, or any other framework, you can integrate seamlessly using standard HTTP client libraries. We specifically provide Laravel examples and are happy to assist with other frameworks on request.

Rate limits are set by the admin based on your approved plan and usage requirements. Default limits are shown in your dashboard. If you anticipate bursts of high traffic or need increased limits, contact our support team — we can adjust limits as part of a custom Enterprise arrangement. We recommend implementing exponential backoff in your code for graceful handling of rate limit responses.

You can report issues through three channels: (1) The Messages section in your client dashboard for tracked conversations, (2) Email to admin@apiappservices.com for urgent issues, or (3) Our contact form on this website. Please include your API key (first 8 characters only), error message, request/response logs, and steps to reproduce the issue.

Google API covers Maps, Places, Search, Translation, and OAuth — for web and app features requiring Google's ecosystem. Email API handles transactional and bulk email delivery with tracking. SMS API provides global text messaging and OTPs to 190+ countries. WhatsApp API enables rich messaging, templates, media, and chatbots through Meta's official Business platform.

Absolutely. You can submit a new API request at any time from your dashboard to add additional services. For plan upgrades (e.g., increasing usage limits), simply contact our support team or submit a message through the dashboard — the admin will review and update your plan within 24 hours.

Once your request is approved by the admin, your API key is generated and available in your dashboard immediately. You'll also receive an email notification with links to your key and code documentation. For WhatsApp API, there may be an additional 15–30 minute configuration period for webhook setup.

Standard plans include a 99.9% uptime commitment for API availability, measured monthly. Enterprise plans receive a formal SLA with defined response times and compensation for downtime exceeding the threshold. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email and dashboard notifications.

Upon request, we can provide a sandbox mode or limited test credentials for evaluation before committing to a paid plan. For Email API, you can send to verified addresses only during testing. For SMS, we provide a test mode that simulates delivery without actually sending messages. Contact support to enable sandbox access for your account.
